What we collect
- When you join early access: fighter name, email, chosen class, how you plan to play (keyboard or controller), confirmation that you are 18+ and UK-based, your marketing choice and who referred you.
- A one-way hash of your IP address, to stop spam and duplicate sign-ups. We do not store the IP itself.
- Anonymous, cookie-free site analytics (page views and performance).
Why
- To reserve your fighter name and contact you about registration, Tournament One and the launch (contract / legitimate interests).
- To send tournament news, only if you opted in (consent; withdraw any time).
- To keep sign-ups fair and stop abuse (legitimate interests).
Who processes it
Our database is hosted by Supabase in London (eu-west-2) and the site by Vercel. We never sell your data, and we only share it with providers who process it for us under contract.
How long
Until the launch season ends or you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to processing, or withdraw marketing consent. Email hello@thelastone.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
